Our Administrative Staff
The office staff of Monocacy Equine schedule all clinic and ambulatory appointments. They input client billing and accounts using a specialized veterinary database and maintain all equine medical records. They are in charge of the clinic pharmaceutical drug and medical supply ordering.
It is also the responsibility of the office staff to mail all patient reminders, billing statements and client notices.
When a daytime emergency occurs it's up to the office staff to coordinate a immediate response farm visit. On the advise of the veterinarian the staff will instruct the client on what to do before the vet arrives: interim pain management, wound control and distress relief.
