The Monocacy Equine Clinic farrier shed is available to our clients for service by our provided certified farrier or our clients may arrange to have their personal farrier use our facilities for any corrective farrier work desired.

Monocacy Equine's new farrier shed provides a space for farriers to work as a team with our veterinarians.
Foot and hoof problems such as laminitis (acute & chronic) heel and sole pain, cracks or injuries to the hoof wall structures, hoof or bone infections can all be managed and aided with digital radiographic technology to assess the bone structures and hoof wall itself.
Therapeutic medications, techniques for hoof surgery, plastic technology for hoof wall repair and glue on shoes allow horses with foot problems to perform longer and better.
