The office staff of Monocacy Equine schedules all clinic and farm appointments. They input client billing and accounts and maintain all equine medical records. They are in charge of the clinic medical supply ordering. It is also the responsibility of the office staff to mail all patient reminders, billing statements and client notices.
When a daytime Emergency Equine Clinic in Maryland occurs, please call the office to coordinate an immediate response farm visit. On the advice of the veterinarian, the staff will instruct the client on what to do before the vet arrives.
