Monocacy Equine Office Staff

The office staff of Monocacy Equine are available from 8-4pm Mon-Friday, with some holiday exceptions.  They will answer all daytime phone calls, schedule appointments, and work with our veterinary team to dispense medications, relay information to clients and respond to emergencies.

Please be ready with as much information as possible when you are calling with a question or concern and understand that we will ask a series of questions that will help determine if your call is urgent. During the day our vet staff is busy with appointments and they may not have time to return phone calls or may email you if there are detailed instructions involved.

When a daytime emergency occurs, always call the office to coordinate an immediate response farm visit.  On the advice of the veterinarian, the staff will instruct the client on what to do before the vet arrives.

Emails and non-emergency messages received after 4pm or on weekends will be returned the next business day. If you have an urgent question or concern outside of office hours, please call the main office and leave a message on the emergency line and our on-call veterinarian will call you back.
